The open-concept living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals with fresh local ingredients. Step outside to uninterrupted sea views and your own private slice of paradise, with the turquoise waters of the Sea of Abaco just steps away.   
  
Beyond the villa, guests enjoy access to Kalopsia’s resort-style amenities. The on-property pavilion serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while the waterfront tiki bar offers the perfect setting for sunset cocktails overlooking the Sea of Abaco. A guest-only pool provides a refreshing place to relax, and the full-service marina—with 16 boat slips—makes Kalopsia an ideal base for boating and water adventures.
