« Beautiful views. Indoor pool was cool in the middle of summer! Room had small window AC unit. Food was pretty good, inexpensive, and convenient. The staff were accommodating with all our requests. There were several non guests who came just to eat on the outdoor patio and check out the view. They had some private rooms that could be used for events such as their upstairs bar. My only request for improvement would be for them to offer a laundry service for a fee so we dont have to go to the...

« Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Two small points to know. First, there was no inside the hotel food service since the restaurant was closed due to Covid. Hotel staff was very nice and ordered food from outside which was delivered. The next day, they ordered food from Jollibee. Second, we invited our daughter to join us for a swim at the super nice pool. The hotel allowed her to enter; however, we paid 500 pesos for her to visit from 0800-1700 to swim. « The place was very relaxing. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The rooms were updated. It was very convenient to have the indoor pool in the room. Overall rating exceeds my expectation. The only place in Los Banos that had indoor pool option. It was well worth it. Just wish the site will update City of Springs availability. « very nice place, to get to the hotel you need to take a boat shuttle that is part of the hotel service. a lot of activities, most of them for extra money. wifi only at the lobby for extre charge. the room is very nice, hot water in the privte shower. the staff are very helpful. »
