ótimo custo benefício

O local é muito bem localizado, confortável, limpo, agradável. Com certeza um ótimo custo benefício. Porém tivemos alguns probleminhas, facilmente solucionáveis, com a questão da sinalização externa e estacionamento. Sobre a sinalização, temos consciência de que se trata de um prédio histórico e que muitas vezes não se pode mudar a fachada. Chegamos tarde da noite, o local é escuro e há somente um pequeno adesivo na porta de vidro, que fica recuada. Achamos que estávamos no lugar errado por conta da grande mudança dos arredores. As fotos do anúncio estão desatualizadas, não há mais uma praça em frente ao edifício, e sim um terminal de ônibus. Caso não seja possível atualizar o anúncio, no email que é enviado com instruções de check in, este tipo de informação pode ser passada, com instruções mais claras e também fotos para ajudar a identificar a entrada certa. Sobre o estacionamento, no anúncio dizia que o estacionamento era gratuito e mais nada. Quando chegamos verificamos que toda a região é paga entre 8h e 17h. Não achamos vagas gratuitas, outros hóspedes não sabiam nos informar. O proprietário só nos respondeu após o check out, informamndo que havia vagas na parte de trás do prédio. Este tipo de informação poderia estar no email de boas vindas, assim como instruções para acessar este lugar. Para estrangeiros não europeus como nós, isso não é óbvio. Somente com uma mudança no anúncio e/ou no email pré check in nós não teríamos estes problemas e nossa estada seria nota 5.
Esta é a entrada, há somente um pequeno adesivo na porta sinalizando que estamos no lugar certo. Durante a noite, o local é escuro o que nos deixou bem preocupados, achando que estávamos no lugar errado.
Não há mais uma praça em frente, como nas fotos do anúncio, há um terminal de ônibus.
