« I just returned from three nights at Hotel Kutko and it was a perfect experience. The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel bar and outside area are very nice and there’s also plenty of local amenities close by. I am already looking forward to returning to Pancevo in the future and I won’t bother to research hotels this time as Kutko ticks every box. "À notre arrivée, la fenêtre de la chambre était ouverte alors qu’il faisait 0 °C dehors. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas et, malgré notre réclamation à la réception, le problème n’a pas été résolu : on nous a simplement donné des draps supplémentaires au lieu de nous changer de chambre ou de réparer le chauffage. Nous avons été très déçus, et j’ai malheureusement fini par tomber malade à cause du froid dans la chambre."
