The pool was good but also dirty, I didn't have any housekeepers coming to my room to clean it, I cut my foot with a piece of glass that was previously there, floor was dirty, I had to ask the housekeepers to give me new towels and linen and they literally told me that I have to bring the dirty ones to the housekeeping office, I also had to make my own beds and sweep my floor cause they didn't even care. Front desk people didn't even care about my complaints and when I tried to spoke to a manager they basically told me that he wasn't there so there's nothing they can do about it, completely disappointed and I want a refund for this!

There was paint chipping from the ceiling there was mold on the bathroom ceiling the threshold on the door was ripped the headboard was chipping away all in all it was a very bad stay

The hotel staff were great. The only complaints I would say about the hotel is the room had an awkward smell like moldy, the refrigerator would not get very cold such as freezing ice packs, and the parking lot is tight for parking. Other than that, the bed was comfortable, the A.C was cold, and the shower had good hot water.

Everything was great about the hotel, service was great, very affordable and very short drive to the beach and the main strip. The only complaint I have is that the room floor needed a good clean or mop, floors were the only dirty part of the room.

Front office needs more than one clerk. We have the fire alarm beeping all night but couldn’t get in touch with the front desk and when I finally did, I had to go to the lobby to get it and install it my 5ft self. This morning we got up to get breakfast before we checked out and there was no breakfast in the lobby and the doors were all locked. We had to wait till someone came to work before we could even check out. This will be the last stay at this property. Very disappointed
