Overall, my stay was satisfactory. The hotel offered a convenient location and the basic comforts needed for a pleasant stay. There were some positives, but also a few areas that could be improved. With a little more attention to the overall guest experience, the stay could be even better.

The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was just ok. It should have been included i didn't like that I had to pay after selecting a hotel that offers breakfast. I wish that the room had in the following amenities: kettle, iron & ironing board, microwave.

Consistently great stay! I keep coming back here for a reason. The hotel offers excellent value for money with clean rooms and very helpful, friendly staff. The breakfast is simple, solid, and satisfying. Its location near Santo Tomas metro station in Bella Vista is perfect for day trips and makes airport transfers incredibly easy. Highly recommended!
