Beachfront condo on the 2nd floor. PERFECT FOR FAMILIES. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This spacious unit will comfortably sleep 9! The beach and beachside pool are just steps away from your balcony.

LOCATION:
On Thomas Drive, this unit sits right on the beach on the quiet end of Panama City. You are just minutes away from Pier Park via Back Beach Road buy you can avoid the traffic , noise and parking decks of Front Beach Road.

WHO MAY RENT:
Families and those seeking quiet accommodations are welcome. The Watercrest is a quiet family oriented complex. It's great for those who want to avoid the loud noise and traffic from party-type places along Front Beach Road or near the Beach-Front bars and restaurants. You must be 25 years of age to rent at The Watercrest. No exceptions. It's a non-smoking, no pets unit! Unit will sleep nine.

OUR UNIT:
Our 2nd floor unit Watercrest unit is BEACH FRONT located at the center of the building and has a nice view of the pool as well as the wonderful gulf front, beach views. Not all Watercrest units have a pool view, ours does. It also has a DIRECT GULF FRONT unobstructed view of the beach from the kitchen, den, and two of the bedrooms.

You won't have to wait long for the elevators! Floors 1-6 have their own elevators in addition to the main elevators that service all floors. You'll love this!

This unit is 1440 sq feet! The kitchen is nicely equipped with new pots, pans, utensils, plastic ware, etc.. . We provide soap for the dishwasher as well.

We have installed a nice key pad entry system. You don't have to take a key to the pool or beach and never worry about getting locked out! We will provide you with a key code that is valid for your stay only.

THE BALCONY:
The balcony is very large and you can access the balcony from either of the two gulf front master bedrooms or the den. It is right above the large pool.

AMENITIES:
Free high speed internet is provided.

Each bedroom has their own bath, stocked with a start up roll of toilet paper. We provide towels.

You'll enjoy the many amenities that Watercrest has to offer. The Watercrest has a tennis court, a shuffle ball court., pickle ball court. We have a large pool, a kiddy pool, a huge hot tub and, a coed fitness room with dry sauna.

PARKING:
Watercrest parking is stress free. The parking lot has an ample number of spaces. Parking is very near the elevators. You won't find yourself stressed out in a loading/unloading zone. Parking is purchased from the HOA.
You can havae up to three cars, with the third car parked across the street.

There Is Absolutely No Smoking And No Pets Are Allowed.

Please - No Spring Breakers - No College Groups. This Is A Family Complex!

Check-in was an easy process - key pad stopped working about a couple hours before check out, but we were able to have someone stay in the room while we loaded all our luggage. Cleanliness could have been better. Dirty towels were left under a cabinet in the master bathroom upon checking in as well as some crumbs of old food under the couches. There also seems to be issues with plumbing as the tubs took awhile to drain and the dishwasher was full of backed up water. The listing needs to be updated to include the parking fee of a little over 50 for each vehicle being registered. Overall though the condo was nice for our family. We loved having our own bathroom for each room, and the balcony was directly over the pool with a great beach view. We love PCB and make some great memories here. Thank you to Wanda for such quick responses. We appreciate you having us as a guest.

Ms Wanda was wonderful to work with. My only complaint is not enough towels, beds were not comfortable, and condo could have used a better cleaning especially for how much u are being charged. Sheets had sand in them and the condo was just wiped down and not fully cleaned. Overall great location for families and close to amenities.

Wonderful condo.

This is a wonderful condo. We enjoyed to stay here. It was very clean and supplied everything that for used in kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Also, my kids liked to play pool and beach toys. Mother's Day Trip

Everything was the way it was described in the listing. Overall, a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Side note, the interaction at the pool was too noisy for my 63 year old mom but my 4 year old enjoyed it. So if there is a significant age gap between individuals in your group, you may want to consider this aspect. However, this didn't take away from the comfort of our stay. Everyone in my group greatly enjoyed being close to the beach as well as being on the 2nd floor. Thanks!

Couples Getaway

The condo was very clean and on the quiet end of Panama City Beach. Being on the 2nd floor, we were able to use the stairs most of the time, but when we needed an elevator, there was no waiting as there are elevators for floors 2 -6 only. BIG advantage. Wanda, the owner was very nice and helpful when we needed help getting TVs working, Highly recommend staying here. Only negative thing I can say about this unit is the noise of the pool. We like to sit out on the balcony at night and it could get noisy. We looked forward to 10pm when they would clear the pool, but we knew this going in and you cannot hear any noise from inside the unit.

Wonderful experience! The property was exactly as described. Essentially, this has double masters, which was perfect for 2 families. Kids stayed in the back bedroom that also had its own bath. Beds were really soft and comfortable. Wanda was such a responsive host. We had a couple small things come up and she took care of them instantly. One of which was a broken blender. I mentioned it to her as an fyi for the next guests, but she had a new one there within a couple hours!! We were impressed! We really loved the 2nd floor so we could bypass the elevators and quickly run back to the room if needed. The outdoor parking was plentiful and worked out perfectly for our oversized transit van. Overall, we loved our stay!

Perfect place to stay for the whole family. Lots of extra activities available to keep busy. Great heated pool and the hot tub was nice to use in the evening’s. The views you get from the unit are beautiful. Quiet and family friendly for all ages. Definitely would stay here again.
