Newly updated property with all the comforts of home plus sunsets second to none. Plenty to do in the area for the active folks or just porch sit or fish off the beach or nearby pier. Great location, once you're settled in you won't want to leave. We find the 14th floor to be low enough to check out the beach scene and hear the ocean but high enough to not be disturbed. This unit is second from the end of bldg, near one of four elevators and very private. This rare 4/3 unit has been appointed with brand new furniture and quality appointments throughout. Something for everyone and certainly the kids will love the up and down bunk (w rails of course) and their own dvd/tv. For the sports fans, free tennis avail onsite, top notch fitness center included (over 18). Plenty of casual and more upscale restaurants nearby. Six beacb chairs and umbrella included for your stay. New HDTV's in each room ranging from 47' in living room to 42' and 32' in bedrooms. DVD builtin in bunk room. Full size Whirpool duet laundry w/steam to keep work to minimum. The condo is right on the beach and we loved sitting on the balcony. The pools are very close to the elevator. Plenty of room for the 6 of us and the appliances were all updated. The condo came with beach chairs and a beach umbrella, which allowed us to not have to buy any (we didn’t have room in our car). Walmart was a 3 minute drive away. Loved the balcony, pool was nice. Elevators are fast. Parking garage across the street, easy in/out. The condo is overall fine and we would have rated it high but when we arrived it had clearly not been cleaned. Beds were made, sink empty etc-It had the appearance that it was cleaned. But there were potato chips and hair ties on the livingroom floor, sand in the kitchen sink, sand in the sheets, and a big chunk of hair on the bathroom wall!! We had to clean and wash sheets and blankets when we arrived, what do we pay those ridiculous cleaning fees for?? The bunk bed ladder was loose and the top bunk wobbly, so we opened the pullout in the livingroom for the kids, and it was just gross! The owner had been so kind in previous communication. When I reached out about our concerns I felt he didnt believe the extent of the uncleanliness, even though I sent him pictures. He said housekeeping was no longer on site so he did not rectify the cleaning issue. He did send maintenance to fix the bunkbed. Also wifi didnt work for most of us all week but he didnt believe that either. If the condo had been clean, I would've rated it a 5 star trip! ##### Tara M. The 4 bedroom layout worked well and the bunk room was comfortable even for my son-in-law to sleep when the granddaughter woke in middle of night. Unit is well stocked with pans and dishes.
