The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area, and then into the fully equipped chef's kitchen. Also on the first floor is a convenient half bathroom, plus the first master bedroom featuring a King bed, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. Step outside to enjoy the beautiful backyard, where you'll find a partially covered deck, a private pool for cooling off or lounging in the sun, and a BBQ grill for outdoor meals!
