Very nice condo and great amenities in building. Good location, great beach access, and large covered parking garage with dedicated unload/load area close to carts.We enjoyed watching huge groups of Rays swim by in the morning, fished off the pier, relaxed on the beach, shopped and ate around Pier Park, and went to Gulf Coast Jam. Condo was within a mile or two to all of it! Very good week!

The kids loved the pool and hot tubs and the beautiful view of the ocean from our room. We will definitely be back and rent from Nancy love. She was wonderful and very easy to work with and fast at responding with any questions or concerns.

Perfect Spring Break Stay

Nancy's condo was a perfect spot for our family! It was clean and spacious! The location, a 1/2 mile to Pier Park, was perfect. Easy walk for dinner or shopping! The view was spectacular. Our kids really enjoyed the beach and even getting on the banana boat to go out parasailing. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo

This condo was very clean and as described. It was such a beautiful place! Mrs. Nancy was easy to get in contact with and really sweet. Only thing that we didn’t like was the elevators, but that’s not her fault and we went during a busy time. But overall we had a great stay!

Great Getaway

The condo was very clean and well equipped for our stay. The new decoy was lovely. There were many kitchen extras and Nancy the owner was a pleasure to deal with. She was easy to contact and promptly answered any questions we had. We have stayed in many units in Tidewater and this was our best experience so far. We will defintely be back!!

Fun In The Sun

The property description and pictures are accurate. The Unit was clean and supplied with everything we needed and many extras. We have stayed in several units in Tidewater and this one was the best with many updates. Nancy is a great hostess providing us with all the information we needed for a comfortable stay. She is a great communicator and even checked in with us to make sure everything was acceptable for our stay when we first arrived. We will glady return. before and this one was the best.

The room itself was very nice and clean once we got checked in. The check-in was horrendous. This resort has the worst elevators we’ve ever experienced. After an hour and a half and three phone calls to the front desk, I was able to return the luggage cart. I thought the elevators might improve over the week but they did not. We had to use the stairs several times.

Lovely home, great view.

We were with family for fall break. We found the condo clean and comfortable. The barrel style chairs in the living room were so comfortable it became my favorite place for morning coffee with the view out the patio door. Linda the property owner was so helpful and friendly you felt like you were dealing with a friend instead of business with a stranger. She was quick to respond to any question we had. My only complaint or point of frustration has nothing to do with the condo. It was so busy that week and the elevator wait was sometimes frustrating Other than that we enjoyed the property very much.

Condo was Great

The condo it’s self was great, except the room with the twin beds, it’s really a whole in the wall with the beds, it doesn’t have a door only a curtain so if a adult is using that room they will not have any privacy at all. Other than that every thing was nice clean and worked as expected. I will mention this and it has nothing to do with the actual condo it’s self, but if your visiting in the summer the elevators are horrible they are so slow we waited over 40 minutes for one. There are 7 but only 6 worked and only one in the parking garage worked the whole week. The stairs are hot and nasty if you plan on going that route, but I would definitely stay here again just not during the busy season.

Good Visit

The condo had a good amount of space. Excellent kitchen, dishes, utensils, and appliances. Huge amount of towels. The condo itself was fairly clean and well-maintained, but just had several signs that it’s in need of a good deep cleaning (dirty fingerprints on walls…dingy upholstery…dirt in the corners on the floors…etc.). The complex and building itself has some major maintenance needs that really detract from the overall experience. It certainly isn’t the owner’s fault (though I’m sure they could collectively push for repairs), but I can’t leave an honest review about our experience without mentioning it. If we could just be teleported into the apartment without having to mess with the crowded garage and broken security access system and slow elevator and dirty stairwells in order to get there, that would be one thing, but it was an issue that made our vacation less than a 5-star experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to units managed by this owner if they were in other properties - she was good to work with and helpful.

A little overwhelming

The resort has the worst elevator system. During check in you wait almost 30 to 45 minutes to get on a elevator. We took the stairs main times to the unit on the 9th floor. The facility was adequate but not excellent. The unit was well maintained and clean. There was no parking for oversized vehicles (taller than 7ft) or accommodations without a $20 per day parking fee. Both myself and the owner made efforts to understand the parking before arriving and booking the unit. The resorts information changed and wasn't accurate upon arrival. The bell hop knew what do more than the front desk. The owner provides all the information upfront and tries to ensure everything you need to know is given in advance and she responds quickly to any questions or concerns. The amount of information is a bit more than I am accustomed to when renting a spot. Overall it was a nice stay once all the stressors of getting settled were completed.
