Preparation work, including project setup and material deliveries, will take place August 4–18, 2025 with construction officially starting on August 18\. These renovations, managed by the Homeowners’ Association, will focus on balcony and exterior repairs. What to Expect During Your Stay: • Construction noise and limited access to certain areas and amenities may occur during this time. • Temporary changes to entryways may be in place for safety. Pool & Amenity Access: • Lagoon Pool and hot tub: Open until November 28, 2025\. Beach service provided March 1 - October 31. Long Beach Resort is located at 10509 Front Road, Panama City Beach, FL 32408\. This unit 1204 in Tower 1\. Include the number of adults, children 0-17 yrs, and number of vehicles when inquiring. Note adults must be 25 years of age or accompanied by parent(s) staying in the unit throughout the entire reservation. Parking permits are $20 each with a maximum of two per reservation. Please be sure to include the number of parking permits required when inquiring. No ATV’s, Golf Carts, Spyder Type Vehicles, other AUX vehicles allowed. This is a professionally decorated, beautiful 2 bedroom condo where the warm Florida sun and cool ocean breezes await you at this tropical twelfth floor condo in tower 1 at Long Beach Resort. This condo features wall to wall oceanfront views from every room of this spacious 1400 sq. ft retreat, and with the location of this resort, it is convenient to everything from the great restaurants to a Super Walmart right across the street! Large lagoon pool (6800 sq. ft) with waterfalls, whirlpool spas, two Polynesian pools (heated seasonally), onsite bar and grill (seasonal), beautifully landscaped grounds, on site jet ski/umbrella chair rentals as well as 24 hour gated access and security. The living room has a 50-inch Smart TV and DVD, and a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a King size bed in the master suite with 29" TV and DVD and two queen beds in the guest bedroom with a 32" Smart TV. Each bedroom has its own private bath with double marble vanities and a large marble garden tub. Step out onto your huge private balcony from both bedrooms and living room area to enjoy the soothing sounds of the gulf or to watch a gorgeous Florida sunset! There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. We chose Panama City Beach for my 50th birthday and first ever vacation. Speaking with David left me feeling VERY comfortable after searching for a vacation home for this special trip. He was very informative and promptly answered any emails and questions I had. Upon arrival, check in was super easy. We were impressed with the condo. The condo looked exactly like pictures in the listing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The appliances worked great! I loved having a washer and dryer and we used them often. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of extra linens and blankets if needed. The tub was AMAZING!!! If you want to relax, take a bath in that tub! The entire condo was extremely clean. The amenities were great! We frequented the tiki bar by the island pool and they have great food at an amazing price! The beach was great! The water was ok as it was kind of brownish from the hurricane the weeks before. The last day when we checked out, the ocean had went back to its bluish-green hue. I loved the floor to ceiling Windows. It was quite the view to wake up to. The staff on site, the other guests, and the security were all very nice. This condo made my 50th birthday a memorable one with everything I could ask for and more! Thank you David Dees for such an incredible experience! Beautiful views from every room. The condo was much more spacious than ones we have rented in the past and we were amazed at how much room we had. Our only negativity is the upkeep of the condo. Overall, it needs some work to keep it in better condition. There were water spots on some of the ceiling tiles and the corners of the rooms (specifically the bathroom) were not as clean as the floor itself. Nothing a good scrubbing wouldn't solve. The paint trim and exterior doors need repainted as they show a lot of wear and rust. The tv in the spare bedroom didn't work the entire week and the oven took twice as long as expected to cook anything (meat, cookies, pizza rolls, etc). These are all things we overlook because we vacation for the view and the beach and not for the perfect condo, but they are things that should be addressed. ##### Daniel M. The 12th floor was a much nicer view than I was expecting. The patio/balcony area is more spacious than some other units we have stayed in. Very enjoyable. It was unfortunate that the pool and hot tub between towers 1 and 2 were closed for maintenance during our stay. This made the trek to the hot tub a bit more cumbersome than we would have liked. ##### Jason S. I don’t know that we will visit Panama again. The last 3 times we have vacationed here we were not able to get in the ocean. The first time was due to a seaweed grass - it was horrible and the last two times were due to red tide. Fortunately, it did clear up by mid week so we were able to get in the last couple of days. And when we did, the water was wonderful. The bad thing about the water conditions is you have no idea when you book your rentals. I will never say never, but if we ever come back, I would book through VRBO and David Dees (the owner). My daughter and her in-laws stayed in David Dees other unit in Long Beach condos. He was wonderful to work with. VRBO is the only way to book a vacation! ##### Carla G. While we were there one of the elevators was not working properly. It was a little scary. The condo itself was very pretty in the living room and dining area. Trim needs a little paint touch up and definitely need to replace comforters and rugs in all areas. David Dees was great to work with. We loved the view. Condo looked just like the pictures. The place was just as described and shown in the pictures. We have stayed at Long Beach Resort for many, many years using Long Beach themselves and VRBO. The only negative thing I have to say is that the place is getting real out dated in alot of the condos now. =( On the 2nd day of our vacation, our door would not look at all and the "Manager" of the property was very nice, helpful, and gave us an alternative for the lock very quickly as to not interrupt out time and fixed the lock the next day.
