The property is exactly as described and suited our family well. We especially enjoyed the spacious private balcony and large master suite. The parking garage was fairly convenient, and the condo is centrally located to all of the many activities in PCB. As others have mentioned, the elevator is a little slow at certain times of the day, but not more than 5-7 minutes, and most times the wait was shorter.
