  • This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhome is 3 stories & is located right across the street from the beach. It has room for everyone and is the perfect spot for your next beach vacation!

    We have two side by side units which would make a perfect accommodation for a large group or family! Other listing ID is 1358900

    The living room features plenty of seating space with a flat-screen TV and a gorgeous view of the Gulf from the balcony. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops with stainless steel appliances and seating for four at the bar. The dining room has seating for eight at the table. The master bedroom is on the third floor and features a king sized bed with a private bathroom. The first guest bedroom is located on the second floor and features a king bed with a beautiful view of the Gulf. The second bedroom is located on the third floor and features a king bed with a private balcony to take in the sight of the emerald green waters. So make your guest list and get ready to take in everything this property has to offer!

Honestly we enjoyed the stay we are not picky people it's pretty far down from the main attractions but the beach was beautiful an clean that was a big thing we drove down a bit to the beach an it was really dirty down their by the pier but the property alone just needed some updates an will we be back 50/50 chance

Great location

The stay was great it was clean had plenty of room. The property mgr was great check in and out was easy. Great views close to the beach. Beach was not crowded. Great location would definite stay again.

The beach access and area was great! The home furnishings could have been upgraded. The bed was very uncomfortable and the couch had a tear in the cushion. The home was beautiful and overall stay was really good and relaxing.

Family Vacation

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The place surpassed our expectations. It was clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the short walk across the street to the beach and less hectic paced community. We would definitely stay there again! The only suggestion I would have is to additional seating to the den like a recliner or loveseat.

Great for multiple couples

Our family has several married couples who all got a king sized bed. The downstairs suite provides a private space with queen pullout and small kitchen which worked out perfectly for our family. The large open living space was awesome- complete with a beautiful view of the gulf. We had a GREAT stay!

Great location. Much deferred maintenance, (freezer rubber seal coming off causing food to melt, dirty oven, no fan in hood above cooktop which made smoke alarm go off twice, sofa was worn out, many rips, carpets very worn/dirty, no hot pad to put hot food on, only one utility knife which was dull, many serrated, but no one uses those to cook with, no large fry pan, the med fry pan was worn out, the bunk beds had no foundation or were improperly installed. The sofa was the only piece of furniture to sit on. The master needed a chair. Broken blinds. Need a different or larger sign telling renter to have walls switch on to be able to use “air” garbage disposal button. Cook top worn. The management company was very responsive and nice to deal with when we called about these things but it would have been nice if these things had been addressed before. We couldn’t be the first to notice.

Great location with small issues

The location is great if you prefer the quieter side of PCB and to be closer to 30A (which is exactly what we wanted!)We had a couple of small issues with the rental experience. One, the bunk room is only meant for small children (sign on the wall says 100 pounds or less). We thought we had room for 4 more teenagers so that was a little misleading.Fortunately, only one extra teen came with us so he slept on the fold out couch downstairs.The other small issue was that the property manager stopped by to ask how everything was going and I mentioned that the water filter on the fridge needed to be replaced (65 days overdue) and he just kind of laughed and acted like that was not a real request. By overall, we would stay here again.

Great Rental! Highly recommend!

I would recommend for big families or split between friend groups. I think the only thing I would change is the downstairs would have a day bed with a trundle pullout instead of a pull out couch. The 2 adults that stayed down there said that bed was not very comfortable. Nothing that would keep us from renting again though. Great private access to the beach. It was close enough to town to do any touristy things you want but still far enough away to make you feel secluded which is a must for us! Overall we had a great stay and I would highly recommend!

Disappointing experience

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the house layout and location was great, it left a lot to be desired. The beds all around were a major complaint within our group. Upon arriving we found that the house had an ant problem which led to us finding it difficult to keep food or even cook without ants getting into everything. The freezer on the fridge did not work and neither ice machine worked. The beds in the bunk beds are some of the thinnest “mattresses” and were only supported by 2-3 slats each, making them Impossible for even a child to sleep on comfortably or even safely. The couch downstairs was so bad that we had to purchase air mattresses for anyone to be able to sleep in that room.

The location of this property is wonderful and the views are spectacular. The house was clean although the kitchen could use some more items and there were a few minor things that could be fixed.

This property is just right for a family. Plenty of room and the location is the best. Right across from beach and beach is not crowded at all! Second time staying here and will definitely stay again.

Overall the place was great location, beach not crowded. Kitchen supplies not adequate.

Mold visible in 1 shower and back porch. We did reach out to management before posting a review to be fair. But we received a generic response. We will book again. Just want other to be prepared when booking .
