The living room offers ample, comfortable seating (including a pullout sofa, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 8) with views of the gulf, Smart TV w/cable, and access to the unit's spacious private balcony. There are few units in PCB with balconies this large. The master bedroom also has gulf views, a King size bed, Smart TV w/cable, double closets, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, complete with a shower bench, safety bar, and double shower heads. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and its own oversized closet and Smart TV w/cable. The second bathroom also has a large, walk-in shower with bench and double shower heads. The unit has a spacious laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well.

Important Notes:
- Parking is available at a cost of $57.45 (subject to change) per vehicle per stay up to 21 days. Link to pay for parking will be sent prior to arrival. 2 vehicles max per stay.
- Wristbands must be worn while at the pool area. 8 will be in the unit upon arrival.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
