Only downside I would say is no toaster and the unit backed up to the 30A. As a light sleeper the traffic and the occasional heavy truck / fast motorcycle would prevent sleep or wake me up. The vacuum cleaner didnā€™t work very well so I bought a broom and left it at the property . -The kitchen was well stocked. -Beds weā€™re comfortable -Tasteful decorations -Pool was great as always We couldā€™ve used more towels and washcloths. We weā€™re excited to see the bikes in the garage, but after looking closely most of them were in rough shape and unusable. The property manager contacted me to inform us they were coming into the garage to do bike inventory mid way through the week, but they didnā€™t just do inventory, they took all the bikes and didnā€™t return them. This was our 4th time staying in Prominence 30A, weā€™ve always had great experiences but the lack of cleanliness was tough this time. The house is right in the middle of the unique beach communities so it allowed us to explore all of them with ease. 15 minutes west to Seaside or 15 minutes east to Rosemary. The Hub is cool but was pretty crowded since we traveled at the peak of summer. We honestly have nothing negative to say at all about this property and trip as a whole. Not enough towels for the amount of guest that could accompany the unit. Two towels per bathroom (only two) is not enough for a three bedroom unit. The pullout trundle mattress topper was dirty. Plumbing leak in master bath upon arrival back from beach on our first day. We enjoyed being close to the Prominence entrance, also being across from the community pool and having The Hub directly across 30A. The Hub was great for grabbing dinner, drinks or some ice cream. A couple of things that would be helpful at the Townhome: towel hooks in the master bathroom. The hooks in the other two bedrooms were perfect for hanging bath towels, etc. Nice baking sheet and skillet is much needed. I went out and purchased each of these items as I was not about to bake cinnamon rolls On the baking sheet or fry an egg on the skillet. I understand this is a ā€œrental propertyā€ and there are probably many different age levels in and out. A fresh coat of paint on the walls downstairs and hallways would be a great improvement. Perhaps the owners have not been here recently to notice. A little better communication from the management company. When sending an email to ask about check out procedures I received a response saying ā€œcheck your guest portalā€. This fantastic entertainment place with restaurants and stores and a giant 30 foot movie screen is across the street. The decor in the unit is awesome. The owners have put all of the best cooking equipment. It has bikes available. The garage has lots of storage space. There are running/biking trails right outside the back door. It is all just so easy. There is even a shuttle bus to get you to two different beach inlets which are less than a half mile away.
