We didnt like the condo , the place was out dated . The refrigerator and freezer smelled like fist the whole week we were there, there was blood from a fish in the freezer between the shelf and the side wall that the cleaning people didnt clean.The outside of the frig was sprayed with something but never cleaned it was streaky looking.the handle on the microwave and the washing machine was broken.The condo is supposed to accommodate 8 people and their wasn't enough utensils to do so. They cheaped out on toilet paper and kleenex, the bath towels smelled, we had to buy laundry detergent and softener to make them smell better. The kitchen didnt have any towels. Over all the place was out dateded dirty and snelled like fish the whole time we were their.we ate all of our meals out because of the smell.I would not recommend this condo to anyone.you should make it right and reimburse us at lease a couple of nights , to help make up for the out of pocket money we spent on our meals out due to the horrible smell of fish.It was a good thing We rented a car. At first we couldn't get in our condo because we couldnt get the E-mail for the door code .The woman said I would have to come down to their office and get it in person, that was about4 miles away.If I didn't have a car more money spent on a taxi or uber. No one did anything to help make our stay any better, or fix the smell

I was a little concerned when I went to leave and my parking pass was expired my check out time was 10 and I left at 8:30 luckily there was an attendant there to let me out other than that will definitely book this condo again
I was pleased with the location to the different venues at this resort. What I was displeased with was the couches and curtains in the room. They are past due to be replaced. The couches were so dingy we had to cover them with sheets just to feel comfortable enough to use them.

Loved the location. The inside of the unit was dated and no amenities. Old coffee pot, old TV, remotes didn't work, no sponge to clean dishes, beds weren't comfortable and the towels were terrible

Their standards of cleanliness are beyond reproach. We saw one unit and could not stay. The other unit we ended up staying in required 3 service calls, as well as numerous things in poor condition, including the cookware, laundry room, balcony furniture,etc. Will NEVER stay there again, nor refer anyone.

Upon arrival the room was very dirty, poorly maintained, and dated from the advertising pics. Staff was rude and very difficult to reach. Thank goodness for booking through Expedia, otherwise I highly doubt we would’ve recovered any of the partial refund I asked for.

Love the room
The check in was frustrating but only because I didn’t pre register online. If I had of read directions it would have been so simple. I was used to just checking in when I get to the hotel and the office wasn’t at the hotel. Other than that the room was perfect for us. There were a couple pieces of paper behind the bed but other than that the room was spotless. It’s a very nice place to stay.

More shabby than chic!
Parking passes did not work, wasted 5 hours of our trip trying to get authorization to park our vehicles, no one could help us and they ‘hoped’ we wouldn’t get towed....condo was dated and needs attention,saggy beds, not enough silverware, broken lamps. Loved Panama City Beach and the Calypso, but the condo not so much.
I chanced this place because of the negative reviews which made me feel a bit nervous. This place was awesome. The condo had spacious sleeping rooms with breathtaking ocean balcony views! The kitchen felt at home. The closeness to the pier, restaurants and shopping was amazing! This place felt at home which impressed me despite some negative reviews. There was minor discomfort but this was explained to me ahead of time. The one thing that I didn’t like was that there was no running water on a certain day for over 5 hours. This didn’t bother me much but there should be water all of the time. Other than that, this was a great place to stay. I probably would rent again with no regrets.

I have stayed at the Calypso several times before and it has always been nice. The room was a bit dated but still nice. The problem I had was with the booking price. It was listed lower than the other sites but when the booking was complete I had to pay an extra $300.00 and i've never experienced this before. This was my first time booking through hotels.com but i'll never do it again. I couldn't cancel because I wouldn't be able to get a refund..

There were several broken or dirty items in the room. There was hair in the shower, no light bulb in the living room, no power cable on the living room tv, one of the kitchen chairs was broken, and one of the beach chairs made available to use was also broken.

Stayed here a few times and it’s a good place to stay but probably won’t again due to the third tower almost being completed. It’s going to make the beach there more crowded We stayed four times here and allways loved it but with that many more people it’s going Ron be overcrowded
I liked that they required a parking pass to enter the parking garage. I felt that was more safe and there was easy access to the room. The ocean view was great from the room.

Accommodations were Ok. We were not able to check into our room til 2+ hours late- due to our room not ready. Many of the tiles in the main tile floor were loose. Once we finally got into our room, contacting anyone with questions or concerns was impossible. Not satisfied at all.

Needs new beds!!! I love the condo I stay there every visit! But this one needs a new mattress set and a king preferably. It was squeaky and uncomfortable.
Im not complaining just thought someone needed to know ..*....The room was alright nothing worked like it should, it needed a new toaster the stove top didn't work right but didn't cook much anyway, there wasn't a frying pan but plenty of other pans that could be used. the beds, shower, and towels were great so I guess that was all that mattered we wasn't in there that much anyway!! We were there for the ocean, the views, and the closeness to the excitement which was not a disappointment!! Overall we made some great memories and can't complain about that !!
Out stay was fabulous. The only thing we highly suggest is having a ramp to the beach. The stairs daily to the beach was a nightmare carrying everything up and down. We spoke with other families on the beach with the same issue. This also makes it impossible for anyone with a physical disability to get to the beach area.
I can't answer any question about my stay, because I wasn't able to be there. I'm became sick the week before my visit. I ended up going to the doctor's office three different times, and was taken off work for a week. My illness was not planned nor was it forseen.I called and talked to so many different individuals at the hotel and went the company I booked this stay with. No one was compassionate with my issue.I was told over and over that I couldn't get any of my money back and I couldn't reschedule this trip.I even cried to one representative and pleaded with him. I asked him could I possible be charged with one or may two days instead of my original three day trip. I understand that there a rules and regulations, but I think that someone should look at the human side of a business. I was charged for a trip that I attended. I will tell anyone don't book with a trip with this company or at this hotel unless you know 100% you will attend. I have doctor bills and a almost $700.00 credit card bill for a hotel that I never had the chance to attend.I even explained to everyone since I had been out sick the week before, my employer wouldnt allow me to be out on vacation the next week.That's why I ask several representative could I reschedule the trip to later in October.
