Shores of Panama Construction Notice: Shores of Panama is undergoing a complete exterior stucco renovation beginning October 20, 2025 & ending by March 24, 2026\. You will see construction equipment/personnel & some areas may be closed due to construction. To account for the inconvenience of any noise you may experience during the day due to this construction, we have discounted our rates. We thank you for your cooperation as Shores of Panama undergoes these improvements! "Sol Surfing" is located on the 4th floor at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 4th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21\. There is a $90 on-site registration fee for parking passes and amenity armbands paid to the resort at check-in. .\*\*Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches. Sol Surfing is a beautifully decorated, 2 bedroom + bunk, 2.5 bath, beachfront condo in the Shores of Panama Resort, professionally managed by Azure-Properties. Located in one of the best locations in the building- a front, inside corner on the 4th floor! The large wrap-around balcony offers a spectacular view of the Gulf, as well as overlooking the resort's tropical lagoon-style pool. The kitchen has all of the utensils and appliances you need to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is ample seating at the eat-in kitchen bar, and TV trays to eat while watching your favorite show. You can have your morning coffee while enjoying the gorgeous views from the HUGE windows, which allow for tons of natural light. The living area has comfortable furniture, and a large TV, perfect for movie and game nights! End the day with a cocktail on the large balcony, watching the gorgeous sunset with family and friends. The spacious living room includes a queen pullout sofa which allows this condo to comfortably sleep 8\. This unit also includes a full sized Washer and Dryer. The Master Bedroom has a king bed with plenty of storage space and a beautiful view of the gulf. This room is its own retreat, with a beautiful en suite bathroom that has a shower/ tub combo and a large double vanity. The Guest bedroom also has a king bed, its own full en-suite bathroom, and plenty of space. The Bunk Room has a door for privacy, win/twin bunkbeds, a tv for the kids to watch and a half bath just steps away. This unit is truly a gem- beautiful flooring throughout, new decor, new kitchen and all the amenities of home, you will want to return again and again!! Located in Shores of Panama, a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space with outdoor hot tub, an indoor heated pool & hot tub, 2 poolside Tiki bars, modern fitness center, coffee/donut shop in the lobby, and a banquet/meeting room available for large groups. There are beachside activities and watersports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides parking in the covered garage. Just steps away from everything you could need- Walmart is across the street, and you are just moments away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. Great parking space. High enough for a great view of beach and pool with wrap around deck. And parking garage was minimal hassle since we were at beginning of 4th floor - assigned space. Brandi was extremely quick in notifying us of text before arriving and letting us know when room was ready. Code on floor ran low on battery. Brandi and owner took care of it within the hour. Two King beds were very comfortable and bunk bed area even had its own bathroom. Family of 6 - all grown kids was plenty of room. Volleyball on beach was a hit all week as well.
