  • BeaLake House is 2 blocks from Lake Powell Boat Ramp & Park plus 0.6 mi from Carillon Beach, FL. All behaved dogs welcome - no size restrictions. Quiet family-friendly neighborhood offers peace close to 30A and the west end of Panama City Beach. *Learn how our cleaning standards are different below.*

    Home includes a fully equipped kitchen, fenced yard, crib, high chair, pack n' play, kids dishes/utensils, 1200 Mbps Wi-Fi, outdoor dining patio, rainy day games, smart TVs, free parking, charcoal grill, full washer/dryer, ceiling fans, and central AC. Some beach chairs, shade, boogie boards, and a cart are also available.

    3 bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 guests (1 king, 1 queen, 4 bunks). Two full bathrooms (1 walk-in shower, 1 tub/shower combo), and ample storage ensure everyone has enough space to relax.

    *Priority Clean*: We believe true comfort starts with uncompromising cleanliness. All bed linens and towels are professionally laundered. All mattresses are CertiPUR-US certified and all beds/pillows are wrapped in quiet non-crinkling bed bug proof, dust mite proof, and waterproof protectors. Unlike most vacation rental surface turnovers, we prepare for every guest arrival with more of a deep clean not a quick flip. We invest heavily in professional cleaning to ensure a fresh start to your vacation. Floors and high-touch areas are steamed and sanitized each stay plus reinforced with semi-annual professional upholstery and steam extraction. Monthly pest treatments and ultrasonic pest repellers help prevent unwanted visitors. Trash is picked up twice a week. Starter toiletries and essentials are individually wrapped. Most hotels and BnBs don’t wash comforters or duvets often, but we wash our top quilts after every guest.

    A one-time per trip $150 pet fee (not charged per dog, $150 total for the entire trip for all dogs). Reservation booker must be age 24+.

    Quieter, family-friendly area close to Beach Access 96 and 95. Close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, dog beach, nature preserves, etc. Short drive to Emerald Coast attractions like Pier Park, Panama City Beach, Seaside, Rosemary Beach, 30A, Frank Brown Park, Destin, Conservation Park, Camp Helen State Park, Lake Powell. 30 minutes from ECP Airport.

House was very spacious and clean. My two dogs enjoyed the backyard and quite morning walks to the lake. It’s a short drive to pet friendly Pier Park Beach. Kiersten responds quickly to every email. I recommend this place very highly. Thank you for a perfect stay.

The home was exactly as advertised, in fact, it was better than we hoped. The home was perfect for our dogs, especially the fenced-in yard. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable to many places. Our host, Kiersten, was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely recommend this home.

Although it’s close to the beaches, walking requires crossing a very busy highway. Make sure you know where you’re walking too. Public beach access is not clearly marked from the highway. Nice, new build. Fenced in backyard with grill was great after a long day on the beach. All the beach accessories and toys were a surprising plus.
