Comfortable family holiday house with everything you need for a relaxed, no fuss family holiday. Sitting on the top of the hill in Jinjera Parade, this townhouse has the most magnificent views of Pambula Beach, stretching around to Merimbula. Only a short walk down to the beach or in the other direction, the beautiful Pambula River mouth. Three minutes drive into Pambula’s main street or 15 minutes to Merimbula. Free Wifi included.

• Top floor:
-Two bedrooms both with two single beds and cupboard space
- One master bedroom with queen bed and built in robes
- Bathroom with bath and shower (separate toilet)

•Middle level:
- Galley Kitchen with Dishwasher and Microwave overlooking dining area/lounge room
- Dining area with table to seat 6
- Lounge room with TV/DVD (overlooking balcony & ocean)
- Large balcony with outdoor furniture and gas BBQ and an amazing view over the ocean

A bit tired

The property is a good size, in a good location and has great views. The furniture has seen better days, it is showing it’s wear, particularly the outdoor furniture which is uncomfortable to sit on.

Enjoy the stunning view

An older property but in a great location with a lovely deck and view of the ocean. My only complaint was the bedding as I presumed that dooners would be supplied rather than bed covers. It would be nice to see these updated. It was also quite warm during our stay with only one fan available for the upstairs bedrooms. Still, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Winter Stay in Pambula

Overall, we really loved this place and our stay. The views are just amazing, and having the sunrise each morning through the main bedroom was just stunning. Great access to the beach and river (note its on a hill!) Beds were comfortable, as was the lounge. we cooked every night in the house, and wasn't really anything that we were missing. We read the other reviews, and yes its a bit dated, but for the price, you can't beat it!!! The kids were bummed about not having wifi access, but hey, we're on holidays! Time to get out of the house and enjoy Pambula beach. Thanks Helen for all the help, and we'll definitely be back again especially for the local oysters!

Needs attention

The view and the wonderful neighbours was about as good as it gets. On arrival we picked up on the smell of mold at the front entrance and when entering. The house was dusty and mold was present in the toilet downstairs. One of the windows on the bottom level had mold damage that caused quite a large cap that made the room cold at night. There is a lot of wall gaps throughout the property that caused black dust to drop onto benches and floors. The day we packed up i found cockroachs in my underwear draw. Was extremely disgusted.

Pambula Beach Jazz Festival Break

What a perfect spot for a group getaway! Privacy for the adults downstairs, entertaining in the middle and teenagers with their own rooms upstairs plus an extra room for friends. The views were fantastic. Thanks for your help in organising this Helen!

Great position high up overlooking surf beach AND river mouth . Steep but not too long walk to either beach. Loved sitting on balcony enjoying the views and hearing the waves. Sleeps 8, so at $100/ night in summer great value. Down side only one living area, ideally would like a second area so not all together. Kitchen really well stocked, but microwave not working, oven door broken, fly wire on lounge room door torn, so a bit of TLC needed. Otherwise, really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return here again

Nice town house and location. Very comfortable. Had everything we needed including the afternoon hoparoo's. So quiet.... except for the birdlife. Great value. Referring to some of the reviews...Tired and needs some paint....so what, just sit on the deck and enjoy the great view of pambula Bay. Old TV.... Nice new flat screen TV with netflix..... perfect.

Holiday house

While the property was livable, there was need for a good lick of paint. The property was on 3 levels with 16 steps from the lower level to the living room/kitchen and 16 steps again up to the higher level - too much for anyone of advanced age (though I managed it). The furniture in the main bedroom (downstairs) was very drab, it too could do with a polish or paint to brighten the room up. The entry to the property had a chipped tile on the porch which detracted from its appeal as well.

Great views!

We love this place, Helen is great to deal with. Pambula Beach is a magic place and this house is a perfect place to stay as it is within walking distance of both the beach and river mouth.

A few improvements needed

We enjoyed our stay, the views are impressive but there are a few safety improvements needed. These include: 1. Removing trip hazards on entrance path. 2. In addition to the doorway light, they need to put in some outside lighting on entrance path and carport. 3. Put a barrier or fence across back of carport- there is a big vertical drop at the back of the carport and parking requires extreme caution. 4. The upstairs toilet seat is not attached to base. 5. The washing machine detergent dispenser leaks onto the floor. The microwave instruction booklet did not match the microwave model in the house.

Wow, the views

We had a great stay at 1/1 Jinjera and found it comfortable and homely. We loved the sweeping views of Pambula beach and practically lived out on the balcony, cooking on the bbq, using the outdoor area for eating, relaxing and generally taking in the feeling of being on holiday. On our first day we had a brand new Microwave oven delivered and new carpet was layed in the downstairs bedroom. It was also a bonus to have the bedrooms and bathrooms divided between the ground and top floors, so everyone could have their privacy when they wanted it.The neigbours on both sides were very nice and both had beautiful gardens, which were lovely to look out at every day. We even had kangaroos visit too. The beaches and the river inlet were so picturesque and so close, easily worth the walk back up the hill. We would be happy to return again and feel our stay was good value for money.

We enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing and it is only a short walk to the river mouth or pambula beach. However, it is very hilly and not an easy walk. Good workout. The house was comfortable and virtually had everything we needed for a great holiday. The house could do with some money being spent on it for repairs and updating interior. Having 3 floors gave us plenty of room to spread out. Overall we really enjoyed our stay

Great position

Our second stay at Jinjerea, stayed here over summer in 2013 as well.we had 2 families and this time which worked so well. Having the downstairs area for one couple was good. Enough room to spread out and have your own space. Balcony views are the best in Pambula Beach. Nicely positioned for easy walks to surf beach, fishing at rocks and the river mouth. Such a splendid place. We love it!

Such a great view.

This house was fairly basically set up, but everything worked well, the beds were very comfy. The only downside was a steep walk up and down to the beach, but you wouldn't have the view without being on the top of the hill!

Great views

Great location in Pambula with great views of the main beach. Spacious and well suited for adults and teenagers. The layout of the townhouse works well. A bit dated and the owners need to spend some money and update the old TV (not flat screen), we struggled with the 5 remotes!. The outdoor furniture is old and needs renewing. Cleanliness was average. Overall, not bad value for money, cheaper than the Big 4 park.
