Screened in lanai, cozy backyard with grill and a koi pond and waterfall. All appliances available, pool table room, 75 inch TV with Thomasville fine leather sectional in the living area. 10ft ceilings, New A/C unit (cold, hot)for relaxing after a hot Florida Day and or a cool Florida night. Internet.
Smart tvs in every room. Including master bathroom bathtub, watch a movie while relaxing in a bubble bath or epsom salt bath, both provided. Waterfall shower. Towels, sheets, soap and shampoo provided. Ceiling fans in every room for a nice nights sleep.

Very comfortable for our one night
There were 6 adults over 65 spending just one night on our way to our next adventure. Overall, we were very pleased with the property. The things that need improvement are the noisy refrigerator and I suggest a written guide for using the living room television. the property is as pictured, it’s very nice with plenty of room. some places appear to be a work in progress but it was all good for us and we were all happy with our choice.

Perfect location, spacious, and adorable house!
Our family really enjoyed our short (1 night) stay! Being 5 mins from the convention center was a plus for us as we had a cheer comp there! Being about 30 mins from the beach was great, too. And if you want to kayak the water entry for that is right down the street (kayaks provided!). The living room is large and comfortable, the pool table was fun, and the outdoor patio with waterfall and pond was relaxing! Mike is a great host - very receptive and accommodating!

QUIET AND ROOMY
This house is amazing. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and roomy. Back room had a pool table and living room was very spacious. Easy entry, covered parking for 1 vehicle which is very nice if weather is bad. Beautiful little backyard. Would recommend 10/10. Owner is exceptionally nice and easy to communicate with.
