BATHROOM. Shower, bidet, hair dryer, and washing machine.

OTHER AMENITIES. Split-system A/C, unlimited Wi-Fi, clothesline, and coat rack.

Guest access

The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.

Other things to keep in mind

All guests’ identification documents must be presented upon arrival, as required by Italian law.

Please note that check-ins after the specified time must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharges:

- 21.00 - 23.00: €25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents and pay the tourist tax (€1.50 per night per person for the first 10 nights) through our Guest Portal.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.
