Nice place in Palermo

This hotel is top-notch with great service and an outstanding breakfast. It was a little noisy in the mornings due to construction around the building but overall peaceful and convenient to local shopping and dining within walking distance.

camera matrimoniale molto spaziosa, con annesso salotto dove erano i due letti per i ragazzi: unica pecca troppo corti per i miei figli alti! c'è anche l'angolo cucina che può essere utilizzato a richiesta, ma a Palermo si mangia talmente bene che non conviene prepararselo. La colazione varia e gustosa viene servita, data la situazione pandemica, dal personale con molta cortesia. Pulite le stanze e a due passi dalla via pedonale. Ottimo, lo consiglio e ci tornerei.

I would recommend this hotel. The room was massive and the hotel entrance is very safe, secure and in a convenient neighbourhood. The room is a bit dated. However, the stand out is the staff who are very professional and excellent at suggesting places to eat and see. Marco and Serena were fundamental to my excellent stay. Due to their help, I booked a second stay a week later.

Séjour non reposant et désagréable

La cour sur laquelle donnaient les fenêtres de la chambre ne faisait que 2m de large créant ainsi un vis-à-vis très gênant avec les habitants d'en face. Mais le plus gênant est le garage auto se trouvant au rdc de cette cour qui travaille jour et nuit en faisant des bruits de coups non stop. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre après une très mauvaise nuit au 1er etage. On m'a mis au 3ème. Le bruit etait moins fort mais toujours audible. Le service de ménage a lieu uniquement le matin. Donc faire une grasse matinée était impossible car les femmes de ménage entraient sans frapper ou sonner à de multiples reprises pour essayer de faire la chambre et se sont plainte ensuite de se faire fermer la porte au nez. Sauf que c'était pour leur épargner de me voir en tenue d'Adam... et le ménage n'a donc pas été fait même si la chambre fut libre toute l'aprem. Le petit déjeuner est servi par une italienne ne faisant aucun effort pour comprendre l'anglais ou le français. Elle est pressée et on doit choisir vite ce que l'on veut ce qui est très désagréable quand on vient de se réveiller. Ce n'est pas en libre service. Il y a donc la queue et on doit attendre notre tour et faire attention de ne rien oublier sous peine de redevoir faire 15 min de queue pour demander une barquette de confiture car interdiction formelle de se servir soit même, covid oblige... Le sèche cheveux etait cassé. Et je me suis fais gronder par la réceptionniste à la fin du séjour pour mon commentaire envoyé à hotel.com

The hotel was convenient for sights & restaurants. The decor is a bit tired. We did have a big room which was good, but the bathroom, the shower cubicle in particular was small. The staff were friendly and efficient.

非常不错的酒店！

酒店位置，房间，服务全部超级棒！无可挑剔！唯一不满意的是停车问题，酒店无自己的停车场，你可以停到街上或者合作的停车地库，酒店拐角的停车地库要剧贵，超过中午12点要3欧元一小时，最不可接受的是要把车钥匙交给地库管理员，地库坡陡，我的大长车差点蹭到底盘。后来果断停马路上，便宜但安全性较差。 Hotel location, room, service are all great! Impeccable! The only dissatisfaction is the parking problem. The hotel does not have its own parking lot. You can park on the street or in a cooperative parking garage. The parking garage around the corner of the hotel is expensive. It costs 3 euros an hour beyond 12 noon. The acceptance was to hand over the car keys to the basement manager. The basement slope was steep, and my long car almost got to the chassis. Later on the road decisively, cheap, but poor security.

3名での宿泊でしたが、とても広く、夜も静かでゆっくり快適に過ごせました。ただ、ドライヤーの温風が弱くなかなか髪が乾きにくかったのと、朝食のカットされた生野菜が萎び気味だったのが残念な点です。近くにスーパーがあります。ポリテアーマ広場も徒歩ですぐなので、荷物を預けて夕方空港バスの時間ギリギリまで観光を楽しむことができました。

Excelente hotel!

O hotel é muito bem localizado, e muito bonito nos quartos, salas em comum, com decoração clássica realmente bela. Os quartos são enormes; aliás, são compostos de sala, mesa de jantar, sofás , cozinha ( pequena), e um excelente e bonito banheiro de mármore. Adorei ! A atenção dos funcionários é ímpar. São muito prestativos e gentis, principalmente a Serena, com quem tivemos mais contato. Caso eu retorne a Palermo, certamente ficarei hospedada nesse mesmo hotel.
