Guiarda was a wonderful host. Fantastic location in the middle of the old part of town. She even found a parking spot for us (warning: very difficult driving & parking in this part of town.)

This was the best place we have stayed abroad. Giada was SO lovely and helpful and made us feel super welcomed. The room we stayed in was stunning with a lovely terrace. We also had breakfast each morning where they took our coffee orders - this was a highlight of my trip (I love coffee!) Giada gave us great recommendations for our trip which made it even more special. Would highly recommend!

Situated close to the city centre this is a very quiet location yet about 4 minutes walk from the main thoroughfare. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and English was spoken. I was in Cloe room on 2nd floor and met my needs. A small safe, fridge (couple of complementary cans), sitting area and a very comfortable bed. The room was serviced daily and everything changed after 3 nights (I was there for 5). There is a small rooftop area to sit in, close to an honesty bar. The Spa is small and bookable per room ie you have exclusive use. Fresh fruit, pastries, continental style elements plus usually freshly made cake at breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a lovely place to stay in Palermo. It is a great location, very close to the food markets and the key sites. We had such a warm welcome, as we arrived straight off the overnight train from Naples & they offered us coffee & breakfast. Also we were given our room early as it was available. The family suite with 2 bedrooms is perfect for travelling with children. Thanks for such a great stay & your hospitality!
