Agata, the owner, is a nice and welcoming person. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room itself was comfortable and the hostel was very central to all the amenities. My only issue was that the street was very noisy, a lot of police car sirens and loud motorbikes late at night. It sounded like the window was open even with ear plugs in. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom. Finestre a vetri singoli da cui entra tutto il rumore esterno, tende non oscuranti ove si vedono i lampioni esterni e bagno con una finta finestra. La nostra camera era ben pulita, i letti comodi e abbiamo trovato anche prodotti essenziali per il bagno. Zona centralissima a ridosso dell'area pedonale e un'ottima colazione inclusa nel prezzo. Le Staff était super gentil et nous avons pu déposer Nos affaire en avance, visiter et avoir la chambre pour 14heures. La salle de bain était propre, très petite douche mais ça fait l'affaire. L'emplacement est génial ! En 3 minutes a pied vous êtes au centre historique. Il y a une petite rue pas loin avec pleins de restaus c'est super. Tout était très bien jusqu'à la tombée de la nuit. Le lit était horriblement inconfortable, très très très dur, et on entend tous les bruits du marché pas loin, la route, mais surtout le voitures avec les basses à fond toute la nuit. Omistajan kommunikointityyli oli aika töksähtävä ja töykeä, vaikka asiat tulivatkin hoidettua. Huone oli siisti, ajoi asiansa, mutta aika mauton sisustus. Sijainti oli todella hyvä ja keskeinen.
