Built in 1990 and renovated in 2024, the holiday home is a terraced house and is furnished in a rustic and luxurious style. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular due to the view of the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, garden shower, and barbecue facilities.  
  
**Location**  
Punta de Su Turrione. The holiday home is located on a 350 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. the land is not completely fenced in The villa is located in a residential area called Country Paradise Access is via a path (rubble or gravel). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a carport and in a parking lot in the village (distance 10 m).  
  
**Special**  
Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, ironing board, and washing machine. TV reception via antenna.  
For your **safety**, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector, smoke detector, and fire extinguisher.  
**Hygiene measures:** Final cleaning with disinfection. The final cleaning is carried out by a professional company.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (5 m x 8 m 1.20 m deep).
