Number 3 Braeside Mews is located in a desirable area only a few minutes walk to Goodrington Sands, Paignton beach and town centre. This modern townhouse has 3 bedrooms (all with en-suite facilities) is arranged over 3 floors enjoying lovely open and sea views from the balcony. Ground floor There is a large, fully fitted kitchen/dining area with sofa, TV, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, washer/drier. Cloakroom/WC. First floor Lounge (including TV and corner sofa) with French doors leading onto the balcony, enjoying side-sea views of the beach. Double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Second floor The Master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a zipper bed which is set up as two singles but can be zipped together to make a King Size bed. Bed linen and towels are provided. A travel cot and highchair are included in the property. Goodrington Sands with bars, family friendly pub as well as water sports, boating lake and Spashdown Waterpark are a short walk away. Paignton, also very close-by, is a lively resort with long sandy beaches, harbour, pier and plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Other places to visit include Brixham, Torquay and Dartmouth, all within easy reach.
