- Great for families or friends, come enjoy this waterfront property with unrestricted mountain views. 3 bedrooms, 2 bath and beautifully furnished. There is a living room and garage-turned entertainment room with plenty of space for gathering together. Behind the home is a deck with a grassy backyard leading to a dock on the water.
This home is very close to restaurants and grocery stores, just 10 minutes from downtown Pagosa and 30-40 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area.
This is pet friendly for dogs only. The pet fee is 75.00 plus tax per dog, as well as a refundable 100.00 per dog. There is a 2 dog maximum unless authorized, inquire within.
