Amazing Views!! Imagine yourself sitting on the deck, admiring breathtaking mountain views, all the while enjoying a good cup of coffee in the morning or a fantastic glass of wine in the evening! Our views of the San Juan Mountains are unbeatable from the deck space, with plenty of seating for you and your party to enjoy the scenery. Enjoy the grill and view while you cook for your friends and family. Enjoy the hot tub after a good ski or hike in the mountains! Echo lake is a short, five-minute drive for great fishing! We are so pleased to share our home away from home with you and know you will enjoy it as much as we do! The house has large casement windows and wrap-around decks for enjoying the breathtaking views. There is a private, covered outdoor hot tub to relax in after a fun-filled day in the mountains. Features include satellite with three HDTVs and high speed internet. The full kitchen contains a microwave, a dishwasher and large refrigerator with ice maker, all cooking utensils and dishes. This is a chef's dream for a vacation home. Bedding and linens are provided. A washer and dryer is also available for your convenience. With its large bedroom/game room, which has a bunk bed with a twin over full bed and a ping pong table, it is a perfect 'get away' spot for kids of all ages. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other two bedrooms each have a queen size bed. The house, with approximately 3200 sq. ft., is suitable for a family reunion and with 3 acres, one of which is fenced, there is plenty of room to stretch. It is also ideal for a romantic getaway with its gourmet kitchen and dining table near the fireplace where a nice meal can be followed by a visit to the on-site hot tub. Any evening can be capped off with a leisurely viewing of the mountains and alpenglow at sunset on the large wrap-around deck. Pagosa Springs is a mountain community in Southwest Colorado and offers 320 days of sunshine a year with beautiful scenery including mountains, lakes and waterfalls. The location is very scenic - no traffic or light at night. Deer were grazing near the house every day. The only complaint we have is the heating system. It’s some kind of ambient heat blowing out. When it’s 85 degrees outside you don’t want it to be hotter than that inside. ##### Jackie J. We had a great time. The hot tub was great and large enough for 6 adults. We appreciated the abundance of towels available!! The views are amazing! There are quite a few steps to navigate, the kitchen and main bedroom are up stairs. When we booked it was difficult to determine what bedrooms were attached to which bathrooms. The two bedrooms downstairs have a jack and Jill Bathroom between them. We would book this beautiful house again. The Tree House was way better than its description, and exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have asked for a more well appointed house or a more comfortable stay. We came to ski, and Wolf Creek did not disappoint. Best of all, we didn't have to deal with traffic in town to return to the house, and there was a hot tub upon return! Solid communications with the host before, during, and after our stay. Nobody in our group had any complaint. We are all ready to reserve again for next year! ##### Dean M. We had a spectacular time! Whether ot was just lounging around with the family or going out to the local shops and hot springs, it was a great time. The space is clean, and it has great views. Definitely would stay here again. One thing to note is that the Internet isnt the fastest and stopped working at all because it was snowing and I imagine they use wireless internet. Although you can hear and see in the windows neighbors in the lot next door when driving in. Nice decks and plenty of seating. It was quite warm during our stay with temps at 95 degrees, no A/C in the home was a bit tough. House needs some more fans. We did experience some issues during our stay with the refrigerator was not cooling (which property mgt was aware of from prior), the downstairs bathroom light and exhaust fan were not working, the shower tile was very dirty as well as the base of the toilet, the drain stopper in the sink was missing, the drain stopper for the jacuzzi tub was missing, there were a couple of nails poking through from the tack strip in the carpet (careful if barefoot). I texted management and the housekeeper come back to clean the few items (as there was not any cleaner available for us to use) and they ordered a brand new refrigerator. It was delivered on the 3rd day of our stay which we appreciated. There was also a county fire ban during our stay which we were not aware of and the neighbor came up to our deck at 9pm night to make us aware (for the firepit and I believe the charcoal BBQ). It was a bit surprising when that neighbor approached when we were out on the deck at night. Would have been helpful to know that info ahead of our arrival. Something to keep in mind for dry, summer visits. Plenty of beds in the home, large kitchen table good size kitchen. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you. ##### Jennifer R.
