It’s within walking distance of great restaurants and the downtown area as well as the Hot Springs. Check-in was easy. I received all the info that I needed a day before we left for our trip. The kitchen was nice with plenty of utensils, dishes, pots and pans, etc. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was tastefully decorated. The condo, overall could use some touching up with a new paint job and the walls between the bathroom and the condo next door were paper thin (we could hear our neighbors). Also, it would have been nice to have had a “heads-up” on the construction on the street in front of the condo.Overall, it was a great stay for the listed price! ##### Michael G.
