Wolf Creek Ski Area is just 30 minutes away. In the home we you'll find good Wi-Fi and plenty of games including a ping pong table, darts & corn hole. It is pet friendly with a fenced in back yard. The interior is tastefully furnished. There is a queen master bedroom, a second queen bedroom and a third bedroom with a full/twin bunk bed. Two full bathrooms with a shower/bathtub. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Starlink (best internet in Pagosa) recently added! All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises. This home has A/C. This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet. Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. We loved the enclosed porch to leave our ski gear and the ping pong table and darts were an added bonus. Comfortable furniture and big round dining table for up to 8 people. Great big fenced backyard for dogs but only issue with allowing dogs is making sure the dog hair is thoroughly cleaned between guests! The primary bedroom was bedding was covered in dog hair. Staff was notified and took care of the problem even tho this was after hours, thankfully! I do not like memory foam beds so this was another issue for me but at least they did provide nice quality sheets and bedding, VIP services takes care of this property and luckily if issues arise they are right there to help. ##### Lois W.
