Step outside to enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while viewing the mountains, stargaze at night with minimal light pollution, or simply soak in the quiet beauty of your private slice of land. Whether you're looking for a couple's getaway, a solo retreat or a peaceful base for nearby adventures, this cabin offers the ideal blend of simplicity and comfort. This property is 6.8 miles West of Pagosa Springs City Market, Wal-Mart and the many uptown restaurants, shops and other attractions. 1 Bedroom with 1 Queen Bed 1 Sleeper Sofa Full Kitchen Full Bathroom 2 Patios BBQ Grill Ample Parking Guests have the entire cabin and one acre of land to themselves. The property is private, no shared spaces, just you and the peaceful surroundings. Feel free to wander the property, relax on the patios or make use of the outdoor BBQ for cooking. Plenty of parking is available on premises. Please be advised that the property is supplied by well water, which may occasionally produce a sulfur-like odor due to naturally occurring minerals. This condition is common in the region, due to the hot springs surrounding our area, and does not affect the safety of the water.
