Pets welcome Front Door to Entrance Hall leading to: Open Plan Living Dining area with large bifold doors overlooking front garden towards the Estuary. 3 seater and 2 seater sofas and coffee table. Extendable dining table with 6 chairs.Storage coffee table stocked with games for guest use. Basic Sky package with recording facility and DVD via a wall mounted 60” smart TV. Kitchen equipped with crockery and all self-catering necessaries including Fridge Freezer, four slice toaster, Dishwasher, Microwave grill , Slow Cooker, Electric Oven and Gas Hob with extractor hood over, and Nespresso coffee machine. Breakfast table with 2 chairs. Bedroom One - King size Bed with window overlooking the rear garden, and door to rear garden, fitted wardrobes and dressing table. Hairdryer. Family Bathroom -includes Shower cubicle, countertop wash hand basin with drawers under. LED mirror, WC, toothbrush charger/shaving point, tiled floor and twin heated towel rails.
