"stayed for a week with our 3 daughters (14, 11 & 9) in May. good space and facilities on the property, lovely garden Area forout door dining. 10 minute walk to Trevone beach and the hosts let us use their pull along trolley and body boards which the kids loved. great hosts just over the road."

"Property overall a lovely place and great location to access places in the area. Pub/ restaurant on site and local shop. It states that there is a hot tub, This shouldnt be advertised as there is a hot tub because there isint. This didnt effect us and our stay but some people may look for this as a option and with it stating there is a hot tub, Unfortunately its false advertisement. Overall a good stay and wouldnt put us of staying again but the discrption needs to be changed."

"Fantastic property and host really helpful only drawbacks broken bottle glass on patio and no gate on front terrace which had fittings for so meant had to block off to stop dogs getting overall fantastic place and would love to come back again"

"Had a great week at Bay house. The beautiful beach, with lifeguards really is 2 minutes walk away. House was clean, beds very comfy, towels really fluffy and kitchen well equipped. Great location for exploring north Cornwall. We had a great week, will be recommending to friends and hope to return next year."

"We stayed over October half term and by the end of the week we wanted to return. We’ve been to other houses in Trevone and we’d return to this one, it’s not perfect but offers great stuff. Pro's; - It's spacious; big living room with lots of sofa room and a carpet to feel cosy - Loved the keyless/coded entry, meant we could get in and out easily and without having to worry about / share a key. - The wet / drying room - in the house but accessible from the outside/garden was great for us;...

"This was our second stay at Leafy Hollow and it was amazing. It’s a beautiful well equipped house in fantastic location. The house is immaculate and once again, we were left with a beautiful welcome hamper by the owners, which was thoroughly appreciated. The views from the rear of the house are simply stunning and something I can sit and gaze at all day, it was a a real shame to leave."

"I have nothing but praise for this house and also for Mark the owner. Communication was great and replies speedy. The house was brilliant in terms of layout and space for us as a large family. We had 9 adults and a 7 week old baby so spent most evenings there. It has everything you need and more. It's located 1.5 miles from Padstow and the roads are more accessible than when you get over by Treyarnon area, where we usually stay. The beach is a 10 mins walk down the hill. "Great location. Easy to get down to the harbor but on top so you don’t have to navigate the street every time you want to go out to explore Cornwall."

"Property had recently changed ownership. Both the last owner and the current owner transferred the booking over and we kept the same deal. Great little cottage with everything in Padstow easily accessible by foot but far enough back from any noise. Would definitely recommend this property."

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
