"Hotel excelente! Ficamos alguns dias em Copacabana, e depois fomos passar alguns dias na Barra devido a ser mais tranquilo. Como na Barra tudo é muito longe, alugamos um carro para poder ficar nesse hotel. O hotel é excelente, fica dentro de um shopping com muitas opções de restaurantes maravilhosos, e ainda tem o famoso bar do Zeca pagodinho bem a baixo do hotel 😍. Café da manhã muito bom! Quartos grandes muito bons! Equipe desde a recepção até a equipe de limpeza, são maravilhosos! Super indico esse hotel a todos! "

"I've been staying at this hotel since 2022, based on a recommendation. I've lived in the United States for 30 years, and I'm delighted with the place. The route flexibility, security, and especially all the staff are excellent. I always arrive super tired, and the staff are always there to help me! I go to Brazil frequently for work; my job is in aviation. And this last time, a young man named Rodrigo was spectacular!! The hotel was full, with events, and he did everything to accommodate me. And I hope CDesign appreciates this young man!! He has admirable talent. An excellent employee."

"Unfortunately my room wasn’t good. 3 beds in the room, there was a smell whenever I walked in. Also not having a side table next to our bed was very inconvenient. No power outlet next to bed to charge my phone, had to charge phone at desk, very inconvenient as well. Breakfast was ok, just didn’t taste so good. Tv in the room was only in Portuguese, called front desk to check the remote because I couldn’t put on subtitles and the Netflix button on remote didn’t work, first they hung up on me, called again spoke to someone who Never showed up. I have to say that this hotel was not very accommodating, very disappointed. I would not stay there again, and I would not recommend this hotel to my family and friends. "
