And I have to say, while I never mind having to strip beds or start laundry when I leave a rental - these considerate hosts don’t ask you to do any of that when you leave. I almost felt guilty! We’re very familiar with the Oxnard area and have rented many houses along the beach. We always take our dogs and enjoy the overall tranquility that the beach brings us. This house has to be one of the best stays we’ve had. The house is clean, well equipped, and has extra amenities you can’t easily find at other properties along the beach (I.e. multiple dogs OK, steam shower, jacuzzi tub, top floor outdoor eating area.) My husband and I both agree, it was one of the better properties we have stayed at. While we didn’t come with our extended family, we thought about how the “main” living area floor was missing a TV- we ended up enjoying personal time with each other more than we thought, though I can see this being a problem for families who may consider staying at this beautiful house.
