« This flat was perfect for our stay. The location is just about two blocks from the Earls Court tube station making it super easy to get in and out. The flat has a small entrance way with stairs up to the first floor. The two bedrooms and living area are small but fit our family of three well. It was nice to have a kitchen to cook breakfast before heading out for the day. »

« Bien qu'excentré, l'hôtel est facile d'accès grâce à plusieurs lignes de métro et la qualité de la literie est excellente. Le gros point noir de cet hôtel est l'insonorisation, qui est inexistante. Vous vivez avec vos voisins : conversations, VMC, télé, hotte aspirante, bruits de pas, vaisselle, etc. Par ailleurs –comme cela est précisé dans l'annonce– il n'y a pas de réception, donc pas de surveillance. Cela ne pose pas de souci pour les check-in et out qui sont très bien organisés par...

« Quiet, clean apartment with separate bedroom in a quiet neighborhood, close to the underground and several grocery stores. The bed was excellent, but the sofa and the 2 chairs were a bit worn out/flimsy. A toaster oven would be a nice addition to the kitchen. Overall a very pleasant stay in London. »

« L emplacement est bien. La ligne Jubilee est à 15mn (et non 10 comme annoncé) en marchant bien. Ms très pratique pour les différents déplacements ds Londres. Le logement est correct. Les couchages ds le salon st pratiques . Toutefois un petit coup de neuf serait appréciable. Le fauteuil ds le salon est bien « fatigué ». Isolation inexistante avec le logement du dessus . Cuisine petite ms très fonctionnelle. Bouilloire, grill-pain, micro ondes, plaque de cuisson,frigo. Pas de lave vaisselle ms...

« Les appartements sont assez compliqués à trouver si vous n'avez pas les bonnes indications. Ils sont situés près de night shops et à 15 min à pied de grands magasins. L'appartement était très propre, cuisine bien équipée. La salle de bain manquait juste un miroir mais la baignoire était un gros +. Les chambres étaient super même si le canapé était plus confortable que les lits. »

« We stayed in a different room from the one I booked. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but we made it work. The kitchen was great, it includes a washer but no dryer. The area is charming and easy access to public transportation. A wonderful car service is not to far and very reasonable. »

« The interior facility was fine. Clean and functional. The communication with management was good. They responded quickly. They called to check to make sure everything was OK early in the stay. However… As many other reviews have said about the Hounslow location… The entry area was filled with trash every day from other businesses. The space heaters were not properly assembled and so they actually sat wobbling on the cords. I did call and report this and sent pictures. There was zero security....

« Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... »

« Nous sommes tres mecontents d'Abritel qui nous ont obligé de nous rendre à Londres devant un immeuble pour constater qu'il n'y avait ni location ni temise de clés. La plateforme d'acceuil incompétente, nous avons perdu 1 jour et nous sommes retrouves sans logement avec 2 enfants! »

« Personnel accueillant. Bon emplacement entre l'aéroport et le centre ville de Londres. Transports en commun proches de l'hôtel (métro, bus). Supérette en bas du bâtiment, très pratique. »
