"We will definitely be coming back! We had such an amazing time. The staff was incredible, the hotel itself is beautiful and peaceful, and it’s extremely family friendly. I had the best time enjoying the water parks with my niece, nephew, and baby there was truly something for everyone.
The only area I think could use some improvement is the buffet food. It wasn’t bad, but it was a bit hit or miss depending on the day. We unfortunately didn’t plan ahead enough for the specialty restaurant reservations, so we only got to try the Mexican restaurant, but it was absolutely amazing. My aunt and uncle were able to try most of the others and said every single one was excellent.
What really made this trip special, though, was the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive, but “Biscocho” from the main buffet truly stood out. She was fun, kind, thoughtful, and made every visit such a great experience.
Overall, we had an incredible stay and are already looking forward to coming back and next time, we’ll definitely stay longer!"
