The rooms were always extremely clean. Our balcony had gorgeous views (especially of fireworks nightly), the upstairs bar was great, and staff was always so helpful, kind, and accommodating. A great room and balcony, well appointed furnishings and bathroom -- just as described. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The two hotel restaurants I visited, ZOH and Mar y Tierra, were very good and far better than other places where I ate. The hotel is downtown, sometimes a little noisy at night, as you would expect, but very bearable.
