"Didn’t realise that the hotel didn’t have a night porter , so couldn’t check in. Ideally located for business trip to local pharmacy company, but hopeless if you can’t gain access. I would have thought it may have been courteous if the hotel would have prompted me as we’ve become so reliant on assumptions that text has been read, that o ended up sleeping outside in the car overnight when the temperature was minus 3."

"We were first offered an upstairs apartment but I explained my condition and was immediately offered a beautiful ground floor flat with all amenities We didn’t use them except the kettle and the shower was great The sitting area and bedroom was a lot better than expected All in all fully recommended for short or long stay. The town with its tree lined foot ways was a peaceful dream Parking was private and secure.. Thank you for our stay"

"This hotel has so much potential unfortunately it wasn’t to the normal standard that a three star German hotel is. "The staff are lovely and the location is great The rooms are dated and need refurbishment. The bed was uncomfortable and the king size bed was covered with two small sheets rather than one big one. "The hotel and the people at the hotel were brilliant. The check in how ever was schocking. We came late at night with two kids .The codes for rhe entrance and room were not showing in the recieved e mail or sms. That was a real downer. As the hotel itself and the personal were so helpfull after our initial issue. Would defnetly recoment the hotel . "
