"Ok so the place looks to be great. Check in was no problem. The major problem was timing for our stay was during the low season so only grocery markets were opened nothing else no restaurants. We looked all over the island too. My opinion is if the person who checked us in knew this she should have warned us: Nothing is opened. "Lovely and spacious place. Only the road in front of the house is a bit loud if on the balcony. But if you spend your time on the nearby secluded beach it is no problem. Very recommended and good value for the price, thank you very much."

"We had stayed at this property six years ago - and returned a second time . It is in a great location and the rooms are spacious as well as the bathrooms . The kitchen is small but impressively well stocked and has all the amenities you would want to cook in instead of going out to dinner every night . I would recommend and definitely stay there again!"

"We had a lovely stay! The host was very welcoming and friendly. The apartment was spotless, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, a welcome drink in the fridge, and outdoor toys for the kids made it feel extra special. Very child-friendly and just 11 minutes from shops and a bakery. Highly recommended!"

"This flat is in close proximity to the lakes and worked well for our young family (2 adults + 2 children). The flat was very clean and functional. I read the other reviews regarding the small size of the flat and factored this in. I would suggest a maximum of 3 adults (or 4 people if children included); it would definitely be too small for 6 people, there would be no space for any belongings or even to walk around. "Very nice location, friendly atmosphere and friendly host."

"We spent only one night at this property so that we could get in a full day at Plitvice Park, which was just a few minute’s drive away. It was very nice, and consisted of two bedrooms and a bathroom, and a huge kitchen/living/dining area. There was also an outdoor kitchen, which we didn’t have time to try out, but looked great! Our hostess was kind and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!"

"Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einem fürsorglichen Vermieter. Gute Ausgangslage für einen Besuch der Plitvicer Seen. Ideal auch für mehr oder weniger umfangreiche Wanderungen oder Ausflüge. "

"Hostiteľka bola príjemná, ubytovanie čisté, priestranné. Starší nábytok, ale nám to úplne postačovalo. Súkromná pláž bola veľkou výhodou. Obchody a reštaurácie boli blízko. Pláže čisté, krásne, celkovo ostrov Rab odporúčam aj pre športové vyžitie, mali sme so sebou bicykle, čo nám umožnilo ísť na miesta, kam sa autom nedalo. Veľmi príjemné a pokojné miesto :-)."

"Super Aussicht! Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist zwar nicht topmodern, aber sauber und zweckgemäß. Es ist alles da was man braucht und die Nähe zum Strand ist super. Dieser ist über eine Treppe in 3 min fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und kann auch ein bisschen deutsch :)"
