Our apartment 'Möwenklecks' is located directly in the dunes, about 40 m away you can reach the nearest beach access.
It is located on the 2nd floor of the holiday complex 'Meeresblick'. The wellness and pool area with two saunas as well as the underground car park can be easily reached with the elevator directly from the apartment. Free parking lot 28 is available for your vehicle in the underground garage.
The apartment 'Möwenklecks' offers modern comfort through the open living-dining area with a high-quality kitchenette, a dining area for 4 people. Additional amenities are provided by free WiFi, flat-screen TV, music system (Teufel), Blu-Ray player. For a holiday with children or for an occupancy of more than two people, the couch can be converted into a high-quality sofa bed with a separate mattress in just a few simple steps.
The balcony belonging to the apartment is sunny due to the south-west orientation.

Tolle Lage- nah am Meer, sehr schöne Wohnung. Balkon zum Innenhof ist nicht so toll, weil der Balkon sehr nah an den Nachbarbalkonen ist, dadurch hat man wenig Privatsphäre. Geschäfte sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Schöne Wohnung für zwei Personen in idealer Lage. Zum Strand gelangt man fast direkt durch den Garten. Gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber. Netter Vermieter. - Leider geht der Balkon zum Innenhof und da so gut wie alle anderen Gäste rauchen, zog der Rauch von morgens bis abends in die Wohnung. Hat uns als Nichtraucher leider den Urlaub vermiest. Da kann der Vermieter nichts für, aber für Nichtraucher würde ich eine Wohnung mit Balkon nach außen empfehlen.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir sind zufällig auf diese Wohnung gestoßen, da unsere Stammunterkunft eine Grundreinigung erhielt und wir somit eine Alternative brauchten. Die Größe des Appartementkomplexes wäre uns eigentlich zu viel gewesen, allerdings verteilen sich die Gebäudeteile und somit die Wohnungen angenehm. Die Lage direkt hinter der Promenade und schräg gegenüber von Café und dem Beiboot sind hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Sauna und Pool sind eine wunderbare Ergänzung und gerade in den kälteren Monaten des Jahres nach ausgiebigen Strandspaziergängen ein Plus auf das man sich wirklich freuen kann. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern lief zuverlässig und sehr höflich. Im nächsten Winter kommen wir wieder.

Im Frühling an der Ostsee

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage an der Ostsee. Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ferienwohnung hell, praktisch und zum Wohlfühlen. Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna im Haus haben wir täglich genutzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine wunderbar saubere, moderne, bis ins Detail eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Hier fehlt es an nichts....Alles ist liebevoll dekoriert, die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Sehr schön und sauber waren auch die Saunen und das Hallenbad. Einen Whirlpool(war angegeben) haben wir nicht entdeckt. Die Nähe zum Strand ist phänomenal. Es war einfach ein herrlicher Kurzurlaub im schönen Baabe auf der wunderschönen Insel Rügen.

Schönes Objekt, sehr sauber, alles tip top.Hinderhofcharakter weniger schön, hätten gerne auf dem Balkon gesessen . Aber dafür hat man den Strand und das nahe liegende Café Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder! .

Wir fanden, dass es eine tolle, komplett eingerichtete Wohnung war. Wir bedauerten, dass das Schwimmbad während unserer Ferienwoche wegen Wartungsarbeiten geschlossen war. Das hätten wir gerne vor der Reservierung gewusst. Als Tipp empfehlen wir Ihnen, im Haus ein Gästebuch zu führen, in dem alle wichtigen Informationen (wie WLAN-Passwort, Arzt-Telefonnummern etc.) aufgeführt sind.

Toller Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist ganz toll und praktisch eingerichtet und hat mit Meernähe eine perfekte Lage. Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist sehr praktisch, da man vom Auto mit dem Fahrstuhl das Gepäck ganz entspannt zur Wohnung bringen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
