Hotel, Lage und Personal alles top und wir würden JEDERZEIT wieder kommen! Das Einzige was gestört hat ist der Geruch in den Fluren und Zimmern. Er riecht stark nach „nassem Hund“und das ist, sehr unangenehm. Am Besten ein Raumspray mitnehmen. Ansonsten war es wirklich super!

Super tolle Lage. Unser großes Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick war sehr gemütlich und sauber. Angenehm war auch die Obstschale und die freie Nutzung der Minibar. Großer Pool ( nicht all zu warm), Sauna alles was man braucht. Auch wirklich umfangreiche und hochwertige Fitnessgeräte. Und das Frühstück mega! Kleine Einschränkung: unser Zimmer konnten wir am Anreisetag nicht vor 16.15 beziehen. Die zeitliche Aussage zur Reservierung im Weitblickrestaurant war nicht korrekt. Die Snackkarte ist ausbaufähig.

Tolle Lage. Aussicht nicht zu toppen. Man merkt dem Haus leider an, dass die Inhaber in Berlin sind. Für ein 5Sterne Haus erwarte ich vom Personal am Empfang 1A Umgangsformen und umfassenden Service der lösungsorientiert ist. Dies war in keinster Weise der Fall. Es ist sogar der Eindruck entstanden, dass man als lästig empfunden wurde( je nachdem wer dem Empfang besetzt hatte). Servicepersonal im Frühstücksbereich ohne große Beanstandungen, im Restaurant ebenso. Am Abend war die Bar nicht besetzt und der Loungebereich war wie ausgestorben. Es wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt, dass wir uns die Getränke selbst im Restaurant besorgen müssen. Die Glaspreise beim offenen Wein sind unverschämt teuer. Lage, Lage, Lage, damit punktet das Haus. Um den Rest sollten sich die Besitzer schleunigst persönlich kümmern. Im Nachbarhaus klappt das auf jeden Fall hervorragend.

Die Laage sowie der Ausblick besonders aus dem Cafe The View oder vom Restaurant im Dachgeschoss ist einmalig. Die Zimmer sind schön groß und das ganze Hotel ist quasi eine Kunstausstellung. Dennoch erwarte ich bei einer Mindestrate ab 300,- € aufwärtst die Nacht gewisse Standards. Im Badezimmer gab es nur eine Dusche (gerade im Winter wäre eine heisse Wanne doch was schönes) und wenn dann nur Dusche dann bitte doch mit Regendusche statt Standard Duschkopf. Beim Frühstücksbuffet gab es fast alles aber irgendwie hat man vergeblich nach dem besonderen etwas gesucht. Besonders auffällig war die "lieblose" Anrichtung diverser Speisen sowie die wirklich auffällig schlecht geschnittenen Gurken und Tomaten (als wenn da eine 5 jährige am Werk war. Der Service hat sich stets bemüht war aber leider zum größten nicht gut ausgebildet (abräumen, Aufmerksamkeit etc.) Zur Krönung wurde mir dann im Restaurant ein leider schlechter Fisch serviert, für mich in dieser Preisklasse ein absolutes no go. Also wie gesagt die Laage macht es Ende alles wieder gut, ebenso wie die leckeren Getränke und das insgesamt sehr schöne Haus aber Preis Leistung stimmt eben leider nicht.

Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Lage, das Zimmer war sehr großzügig und lässt (fast) keine Wünsche offen. Leider wird der Service dem Anspruch des Hotels nicht gerecht und die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft lässt zu wünschen übrig. Da hätte ich mir vor Allem im Hinblick auf die Preise wesentlich mehr erwartet.

Das Personal war freundlich und nett. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das war's aber auch. Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ausblick auf eine hoteleigene Baustelle. Kalt wirkendes Zimmer. Meerblick der Hotelbar konnte nicht genutzt, geschweige genossen werden, da die darunter befindliche Suite(s)/Zimmer ansonsten gestört werden. Vielfältiges Angebot beim Frühstücksbüffet. Personal an der Rezeption hatte nicht Hotelstandard angemessenes Verhalten... Tolles Wellness- und Sportangebot.

Schönes Hotel. Leider ist keine gemütliche Bar vorhanden. Diese geht von der Lobby ineinander über. Überall helle Strahler. Schade. Preise sind völlig überzogen. Sowohl in der Bar als auch im Restaurant. Das Restaurant lohnte sich überhaupt nicht. Weder besonders lecker noch satt machende Portionen. Selbst mit Vorspeise und Hauptgang geht man noch hungrig raus. Eine merkwürdige Preisleistungphilosophie. Die Hotelzimmer waren sehr gut. Grosszügig und nett gemacht. Dusche in der Badewanne, über dessen hohen Rand man erst steigen muss. Nichts zum Festhalten. Platz für eine separate Dusche wäre gewesen. Für ältere Leute völlig unmöglich. Wer hat das konzipiert??? Balkon umlaufend um zwei Ecken des Zimmers. Toll! Es gibt keine Steckdosen am Bett, die für Handy etc. frei wäre. Merkwürdig. Hunde sind sehr willkommen. Leckerlis und eine Decke gab es als Geschenk. Zum Frühstück durfte man keinen Hund mitnehmen. Warum??? Das Frühstück war lecker. In Buffetform. Golfsimulator gut. Nur der Betreuer dort sollte sich nicht als Spieler vordrängeln in der Zeit, die man als Gast bezahlt. Völlig unmöglich. Auch das hämische „ich hab gewonnen“, nachdem er einige Male während unserer Zeit sich als Partner aufgedrängt hat fanden wir total daneben. Das Reinigungspersonal macht die vom Hotel gestellten Näpfe nicht sauber. Auch da ein warum. ??
