Situated just 100 metres from the sea and a short 50-metre walk from the shopping street, it offers a perfect location for both relaxation and convenience. There is also a large supermarket right next to the building, making it easy to stock up on essentials. Inside, the apartment features a bright living room with a terrace, coffee table, side table, digital television and Wi-Fi. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with a combi oven, kettle, toaster, mixer, fridge freezer, dishwasher, Senseo, traditional coffee machine and electric hob, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bathroom includes a shower cubicle, hairdryer and single washbasin, while the bedroom features a double bed, duvet for two people and access to the terrace. The apartment includes a garage box and a bicycle storage space within the building for added convenience. The large terrace, measuring around 40 m², is perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun.
