This stylish, newly built 2-bedroom apartment blends modern comfort with an unbeatable coastal location. Nestled in a quiet side street just steps from the dike and close to the shopping centre, it sits on the 6th floor and features a sunny front terrace of about 5 m², offering a wide side sea view that’s perfect for afternoon relaxation. The bright, allergy-friendly interior is completely carpet-free and smoke-free, creating a fresh and welcoming space. The living area opens directly to the terrace and includes digital TV, a sound system, Digicorder, DVD player, and fast Wi-Fi for both leisure and entertainment. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, combi oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, blender, and both Dolce Gusto and filter coffee makers, making it ideal for everything from quick breakfasts to elaborate dinners. Two inviting bedrooms accommodate guests comfortably, a double bed with a large duvet in the master, and a sturdy bunk bed with separate duvets in the second room, perfect for children or extra guests. The bathroom offers a bath with shower, double sink, and hairdryer, while a separate toilet with washbasin ensures convenience.
