The property, along with a bright and welcoming atmosphere, offers a spacious 3-bedroom apartment designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the second floor, the apartment offers a stunning sea view from the living room, which is equipped with three coffee tables, a digital TV and Wi-Fi for entertainment. The living space opens onto a sunny front terrace of approximately 5m², perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun, while a rear terrace offers another outdoor space, sunny until midday. The apartment is non-smoking, wheelchair accessible and small pets are welcome. Ideally located on the Zeedijk of Ostend, the apartment offers easy access to the beach and the lively promenade. Guests will enjoy the open view and proximity to local attractions, with the bustling shopping centre, shops, restaurants and public transport links within walking distance. The apartment's prime location ensures a relaxing atmosphere while being close to the vibrant life of Ostend. With the beach just a few steps away and public transport nearby, guests can easily explore the area and enjoy its coastal charm. The apartment features a separate kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, blender, Nespresso machine and traditional coffee machine. The kitchen also includes a dining area, perfect for family meals. The master bathroom includes a bathtub with shower, toilet, a single sink and a hairdryer, while a second bathroom offers a shower cabin and a single sink. In addition, there is a separate toilet with a sink for added convenience.  
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
