This luxurious, rancher style home features an open concept living space in one of the most convenient locations at the cottages! Enjoy your stay in a comfortable, spacious home with a large living space and large bedrooms. Smart TVs in every room with premium cable & Netflix included! Huge private patio to relax on and a sunroom to enjoy. Two paddle boards included! Beach wagon, beach chairs, beach tent. Less than 1 minute walk to the pool & park, 3 minutes to the beach. Double garage included. Premium king size beds in both bedrooms and a queen sized pullout couch with memory foam to ensure a comfortable sleep for your kids or extra guests. Extra mattresses available for extra people.
Enjoy the patio and sunroom at the end of your day while your kids play on the playground within view. This cottage is an end unit which has lots of field space around and less neighbours.
We promise your stay will exceed your expectations and leave you wanting to return. Our family absolutely loves it here and have memories to last a life time

The cottage is lovely, sparkly clean, stocked with everything you need, and very comfortable. It's close to playground, pools, clubhouse and gym and overlooks a green space. Kelsey is a great host responding quickly to any message. We enjoyed a little fall couple's getaway and would love to stay again in the future.

We had an awesome stay at Kelsey's cottage. The cottage is in a great location , close to the pool and work out facility. The cottage is well stocked with dishes and towels and nothing was missing. Kelsey is great with communicating. It was our second time at this cottage and we would love to come back.

Quiet getaway

WE have stayed in this community 3 times now and all the houses have been amazing. We have enjoyed each of our stays and have had wonderfully clean homes each times. Definitely hope to be back.

Super clean and all the thing you would need are available for convenience. Beautiful cottage, and close to ammenities. Hightly recommend. We would 100% stay here again.

Kelsey is a wonderful host. Modern and spacious cottage, with lovely patio. Excellent location at end of street (no house on one side) and close to pool. Highly recommend.

Delightful

Fantastic property. Clean, spacious and in a great location. Our main purpose was wine tasting, but the area is great for many other activities. Lots of green space at the property and pool and beach access. We would go back.

Needs TLC & Maintenance

Great location. Nice layout. But both mattresses & all pillows need replacing. The couch was filthy. Stains were turned down on cushions. Under the cushions was disgusting. With a tv above the fireplace the couches were just so uncomfortable. They need to be replaced and have at least 2 spots we’re a person can sit with legs and feet up. Desk chair filthy. All knives need sharpening. Couldn’t even cut a tomato. No scissors that I could find. Smoke detectors went off the 2 nd night finally my hubby got a chair and got it off the ceiling. Barbecue only had 1 burner working. We chatted with one owner And he had the property guy come the next day to tellus it was working great. Fridge filter needed changing. All taps should be changed. Plus shower heads are all plugged. Water is very hard so everything is white….not cleaned good enough. We did call owner and he instructed us how to find hockey games. Should be instructions there about TV.

Great getaway

We had an awesome time at the cottages.It was our third time, different cottages though. Kelsey's house was very clean, spacious and good stocked .Communication with owner was easy and we were able to use the stand up paddle boards. That was a big bonus for us. Heavenly … we LOVED it!

We were very impressed with how spacious, uncluttered, peaceful, fresh and clean everything was. The sunroom was a special bonus to relax in. Kelsey has done a first class job with tastefully decorating, and providing all essential amenities and more. We would absolutely have no hesitations in highly recommending this superb vacation rental, and we wish Kelsey every success in the future. Five stars all the way!
