Two decks provide stunning views of the main channel & no direct sun. Open floor plan: Living Area: 46' flat screen TV in the Living room, Electric fireplace and 2 RECLINERS! Kitchen: fully stocked w/ dishes, glassware, silverware for 12\. Crockpot, Coffeemaker, blender, toaster, large serving bowls. Main Level Bedrooms: Master has king bed & full bath (tub/shower, double vanity) & TV. 2nd bedroom: queen bed. 2nd bathroom (off main living area): has shower. Lower Level: 2nd Master bedroom/3rd bedroom: king bed. Open area (considered 4th bedroom) has 3 queen beds, 42"TV, small table & chairs. 3rd bathroom is Jack & Jill bath (master has access from bedroom) & open area has access. Tub/shower combo w/ double vanity. Large laundry area w/ full-sized washer & dryer, ironing board & iron. ITEMS SUPPLIED: We provide a starter amount of toilet paper (2-3 rolls/bathroom), 1 spare roll of paper towels, 10 kitchen trash bags. Hair dryers, shampoo, shower gel in each bathroom.
