Guest Queen bedroom has bathroom across the hall with Old World furnishings plus step-in tub/shower. Separate laundry room with full-size, front-load washer and dryer. After traveling for hours we arrive to find that there is a curb from the parking lot to the sidewalk. luckily there were some boards leftover from a construction project that our son-in-law was able to use to create a makeshift ramp to get my husband up on the sidewalk. Then we get to the entrance of the unit only to find a tall threshold that he cannot get over. My husband had to exit his wheelchair and CRAWL into the unit while a kind stranger assisted our son-law-law in physically lifting the chair into the unit. Once inside my husband was confined to the unit for the entire duration of the trip. Not only that but he couldn’t join us on the balcony either due to yet another threshold. Needless to say a disasterous trip indeed!! ##### dianna w.
