We would like to welcome you to our family friendly condo located at the Palisades condo complex off Horseshoe Bend! This unit is located in front of the main channel! The complex is exceptionally maintained with 3 outdoor seasonal heated pools with one within feet of the front door (opens Memorial weekend and closes Labor Day weekend) This spacious 3 bed/3 bath with 1600 sq ft is fully furnished and only a 1/2 flight down from the parking lot! The master bedroom has a king size bed with a large master bath suite and with a view of the lake. Two guest bedrooms each have queen beds and their own en suite bathroom. There is a pull out couch in living room for additional sleeping space. Beach towels are provided for pool and lake use. Spacious open floor plan with breakfast bar as well as dining room table. The kitchen is fully equipped for your total convenience and entertainment! Walk out of the living room to your own balcony complete with seating and awesome view of the main channel! There are flat screen TV's, new bedding , and kitchen utensils. Other amenities include dishwasher, full size washer and dryer, and ice maker! Also included is the internet, cable and Roku. Also available to use is a 12x40 boat slip. This is included in the price and no extra cost to you. Unfortunately, there is no boat ramp onsite, and trailers can not be kept onsite Shawnee Bend is the closest public boat ramp, located here: https://goo.gl/maps/yur8dbkPaDM2 A list of all public boat ramps can be found here: https://www.funlake.com/public-access-boat-ramps Trailer storage is available at Klines for $5 / day. Always clean, ready and never any surprises. Also has all the little supplies and utensils so don’t lack anything or have to run to the store first thing.
