The house has major humidity problems, walking into the laundry room, they had laid towels all over the floor to absorb all of the wetness. Broken barstools, umbrellas, microwave needs to be replaced smells burnt and popping noises anything over 10 seconds. Refrigerator took two days to get it to cool down. Plan on using your coolers to keep things cold. The house is nice, but dirty needs a major cleaning and the property maintenance needs to respond to issues in a timely manner not days later.
